NEW EXERCISE CLASS – FATBURN OUTDOORS.

What is FATBURN? I have put together a 6 week programme (6 consecutive weekly 50 minute – 1 hour sessions) that will involve a variety of different types of exercise such as cardiovascular, muscular endurance, flexibility, strength and conditioning, interval training, fitness tests etc. which will help you improve your fitness/wellbeing, burn fat, speed up your metabolism, reduce stress, slim and improve muscle tone. RESULTS GUARANTEED if you work hard and stay consistent.

 

Who is it for? All levels of fitness are welcome, I have structured the sessions so beginner and advanced levels can all join in and get the most out of every single workout.

 

Here is a 6 week breakdown of what you can expect (All sessions will be fun, friendly and a great energy):-

 

Week 1 – introduction to some of the BEST BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES for burning fat and high amounts of calories, also how to advance them to work you harder and give you better results. Plus some fitness tests where you can record your results on a handout, we will reassess in week 6 to see if you have improved.

 

Week 2 – A GET WAISTED/STOMACH/ABS ROUTINE with cardio intervals so you can burn hundreds of calories and still slim around your waist and get the defined stomach you are after. 80s music will be played for the stomach sets and then upbeat and faster music for the cardio intervals to get your heart pumping. Includes a small combat section to finish off the routine with a bang

 

Week 3 – CARDIO & CONDITIONING with KETTLEBELLS & DUMBBELLS – A variety of strength and conditioning exercises which will boost your metabolism (burn fat faster after you have finished your workout) mixed in with some bodyweight exercises which again will get your heart pumping and adrenalin rushing. The weights will help you improve your strength and SCULPT your body.

You will be partnered up with somebody (you can choose a partner) the same sort of ability and share 1 set of dumbbells and 1 kettlebell and you will alternate between the two.

 

Week 4 – – A GET WAISTED/STOMACH/ABS ROUTINE with cardio intervals (tougher than week 2) so you can burn hundreds of calories and still slim around your waist and get the defined stomach you are after. It’s going to be INSANE!!! With some overloading and pulse work.

 

Week 5 – – CARDIO & CONDITIONING with KETTLEBELLS & DUMBBELLS (Different from week 3 and some fun and challenging partnered exercises thrown in) – A variety of strength and conditioning exercises which will boost your metabolism (burn fat faster after you have finished your workout) mixed in with some bodyweight exercises which again will get your heart pumping and adrenalin rushing. The weights will help you improve your strength and SCULPT your body. You will be partnered up with somebody (you can choose a partner) the same sort of ability and share 1 set of dumbbells and 1 kettlebell and you will alternate between the two.

 

Week 6 – COMPLETE FITNESS MASH UP!!! It’s a surprise J Plus reassessing fitness tests. Every time we do week 6 I will change the routine so you never know what you are going to get. If you need to know for health reasons then you can ask.

CHARITY EVENT – I am considering a 18 hour trek around NORFOLK with 10kg of weight on my back to raise money for charity, still unsure of how many miles I am going to covering, I will post full details soon and you can then sponsor me or also get involved.
