Men’s ONLY Exercise Classes – HIIT & ABS, BOXERCISE, CIRCUITS etc
I will be launching mens only exercise classes sometime in 2014 which will probably start on a Tuesday evening possibly in Cringleford or Hellesdon, classes will be £5 per session or £16 for a block of four classes. For a free trial session please get in touch and I will add you to my shortlist.
