Kettlebell Fitness

Our Kettlebell classes are a fun and effective way to boost your metabolism, improve your strength, core and tone your body.

You will learn a variety of lifts, rows, squats, lunges, swings, twists and much more all combined with cardio and conditioning bodyweight exercises so you won’t get bored.

We supply all kettlebells starting at 4kg and up to 12kg, please bring your own if you have one.
