I attended some of the circuit training classes and found them very motivating and helpful. The classes allow you to go at your own ‘pace’ so you are able to achieve the goals you wish at your own level of fitness. The personal trainer really helps motivate and challenge you at the same time. Each week the circuit is different which helps you work different parts of the body. Overall I think it is a very fun and enjoyable fitness programme.”

The Kettlebell classes are great fun and vary from week to week so that you are always using different muscle groups and can’t get bored. Everybody is friendly and you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you step into the hall. Matt is very encouraging and willing to help out with any fitness queries you may have. I have also recently started some of the circuit training classes which are also very enjoyable and varied and allow you to work at your own pace and on the bits of your body that you wish to.”
