This is why we have launched ATP Workouts on Demand. The next evolution of our group fitness service. An online and on the move fitness platform that caters for all levels of fitness, fitting in your exercise when it suits you – be that 5am or 5pm.

All class videos are led by an experienced and highly qualified Personal Trainer and you can find all class information below.

No matter where you are, access our workouts on any device including your laptop, tablet, mobile device or TV. 2 brand new workouts are delivered weekly to your account and you’ll always have access to the last 3 months of uploads.
Who is it for?
We understand fitness classes and gyms are not always accessible to all – both financially and time wise. Our on demand platform is for all levels of fitness and is open to anyone over the age of 16 in compliance with our T&Cs.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are, or think you may be, pregnant or have any concerns we always advise consulting with a medical professional before undertaking any fitness regime.
How does it work?
once you subscribe, you’ll have access to your personal ‘on demand’ channel which you can view on your laptop, tablet, mobile device or TV.
Every week you will receive two new 30 minute workouts a week: from Kettlebells, Legs Bums & Tums to HIIT and Combat (plus you will have access to videos previously uploaded over the past three months)
Please note, all workouts have an on-platform lifespan of 3 months.
To ensure your home workout is as effective as possible, we recommend you purchase a few pieces of equipment. These do not have to be expensive but will ensure you can join in with 100% of the class. Some of our workouts feature the following:
- A kettlebell
- A mat (you can use a large towel)
- A looped resistance band

Music is an essential part of our workouts and all on demand videos and workouts are accompanied with the perfect mix. Our music is brought to you by Fitbeats owner and American DJ Brian Howe, featuring club, dance and electronic music so you can get your groove on whilst you workout on demand.
We offer a standard subscription costing £11.99 a month – This gives you full access to your ‘on demand’ channel and the accompanying Facebook group. This is taken via the on demand platform via standing order allowing you to manage everything in one place.
Within your subscription you get access to a ‘60 Days Home Body Transformation’ challenge
This is a day by day equipment free workout challenge with designated rest days made up of Combat, Legs Bums & Tums, HIIT and Bonus Workouts.
Within this section we provide you with a body measurements chart so you can monitor your progress, we also encourage you take your before and after pictures.
